Your points reminds me of the book On Writing Well, in a compact way.

Already working on leaving out weak words and will try have more space.

I am thinking about the intro part. I see many writers skipping while some writing it hooking. Which one do you prefer? I am yet to try skipping it.

Skipping intro can work for some period of time. But if you want to grow as a writer you will need to train writing intros.

I work on my intros now. They are not ideal but much better than before.
